The Viivo Administration Console gives you visibility and ultimate control over corporate data being stored in the public cloud. It has been designed to work in tandem with Viivo Desktop for Windows and Mac as well as Viivo Mobile for iOS and Android.
Individuals who use Dropbox, Box, Google Drive, OneDrive to store and share personal data quickly find it is also the easiest way to store and share business data. IT administrators are finding that their network perimeter has been unintentionally extended by employees’ use of public cloud services. The Viivo Administration Console provides visibility into where corporate data is stored in the cloud and how it is shared.
Use of the Admin Console requires you have already downloaded and installed the Viivo client software.
Once you have created your Viivo account, you may request a trial of the Admin Console by filling out the form below. Once you have done that, an "Admin" tab will appear in your Viivo Manager which will allow you to securely login and setup your free trial.
Registration allows you to create a Team and issue Viivo for Business licenses to your users. Choose a "Team Name" below in order to set a unique name that other Viivo users can join by clicking the "Join Team" button from the General tab of their Viivo Client.
